Lower Mulkey Creek Trail

Length: 0.34 miles  |  Elevation Gain: 16.0 feet  |

Recreationists can go for miles in this beloved network of trails that offers something for everyone.  Bald Hill Farm is owned and managed by Greenbelt Land Trust, which maintains the trails in cooperation with Benton County, while Bald Hill Natural Area is managed by the City of Corvallis.

This trail tees south from the Oak Creek Trail Section and heads south across a series of small brooks that define the bottomland portions of Mulkey Creek. Several short bridges offer easy passage across the fields and the prevalence of water brings year-round opportunities to observe a variety of wildlife. Traverse of this trail section provides the user many additional hiking options at the base of Bald Hill, including a hike to the hilltop to experience a fine view of the mid-valley.
