Sunset Park

This site features a boardwalk winding through a natural area with restored wetlands. Sunset Park has a shelter for picnicking, restrooms, and an ADA accessible playground. There area two reservable softball fields located between the wetlands and developed park area.

Located in Sunset Park in Corvallis, this half mile trail system includes gravel sections and an elevated boardwalk along Dunawi Creek; taking visitors through a vibrant riparian habitat. Much of the wetland area was a former softball field converted back into riparian habitat in 2008. The boardwalk enables visitors to observe a restored wetland during all seasons. An abundance of beaver activity is apparent to even the casual viewer.
