Identification posts with common and scientific names are located in front of trees along this trail. As the trail continues, it opens up to incense-cedar and Port-Orford-cedar, as well as various species of pine and fir. Interpretation is located along this trail with information regarding sequoias and redwoods. Be on the lookout for purple larkspur and red columbine during the spring!
