This multi-modal 12-foot wide paved trail runs through Riverfront Commemorative Park in downtown Corvallis. At the trails southern end it connects with Eric Scott McKinley Skate Park, Pioneer Park and the Corvallis-Philomath multi-modal path. Riverfront Commemorative Park is a beautiful urban park bordering the commercial district of downtown Corvallis. Designed as a "downtown showcase", the park features both paved and grassy areas, views of the Willamette River, a variety of resting benches, over 350 ornamental trees and over 5,000 decorative shrubs. There are three distinct plazas available for rent year round. The park is filled with decorative sculptures by five different artists. One of the most popular features of the park is the decorative water fountain at the Helen M. Berg Plaza. Riverfront Commemorative Park is a popular location for community events such as the spring/summer Farmers Market, and annual Red, White & Blues Festival.
