The Meadowedge Trail is an easy 1.8 mile loop, which starts at the Marys Peak Campground, located a short distance below the parking area at the Observation Point. A self-guided interpretive brochure can be picked up at a kiosk just a few feet down the trail. The trail links alpine meadows, a forest of high elevation noble fir, and the Parker Creek riparian area. In the spring, the forest floor comes alive with woodland plants and flowers. Hikers can step off the trail into meadow openings for views of the Coast Range. This trail also offers an easy access to the summit of Marys Peak.
