Located in Avery Park, this loop trail circles one of Corvallis's largest developed parks. The loop trail is 1.4 miles long and consists of various surfaces including concrete and dirt. Two 500 foot sections of the loop do not have an established trail and follow along the side of the park road. Please use caution. Portions of the trail follow the Mary's River, pass by the Avery Rose Garden, several playgrounds, and a historic Georgia Pacific Locomotive. Avery Park consists of 67 acres and contains five reservable picnic shelters, ball fields, competition horseshoe pits, open turf, rose garden, rhododendron garden, natural areas, several playgrounds, and the Corvallis Parks & Recreation offices.
